Are you passionate about whisky, fine spirits, and creating memorable customer experiences? Casa de Vinos is a respected importer and retailer of premium spirits, and we're looking for a full-time Retail & Bar Assistant to join our South Melbourne team.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in our retail store and lounge bar.
  • Assist with seating guests, preparing drinks, and supporting daily bar operations.
  • Support the setup and service of tasting events and special experiences.
  • Assist with the administration and fulfillment of online orders for retail and wholesale customers across Australia.
  • Keep our venue looking its best, from displays to bar areas.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to create seamless customer experiences.

What We're Looking For
  • A professional, positive attitude and excellent presentation.
  • Great communication skills with a genuine interest in engaging customers.
  • Passion for whisky and premium spirits (or the drive to learn).
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or cocktail service is a big plus.
  • A flexible, proactive team player who can also work independently.

The Details
  • Roster: Wednesday – Sunday, with most nights finishing by 8pm (later only during special events).
  • Location: Casa de Vinos Lounge, South Melbourne.
  • Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays are essential, as these are our busiest times.
