Job Overview

A premium household appliances retailer is seeking an experienced leader to manage a dynamic sales consultant team at one of their Experience Centres.

This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales targets in line with business forecasts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales consultant team and Assistant Experience Centre Manager to drive customer-centric culture
  • Coach and develop team members through regular one-on-ones and feedback
  • Set excellence standards for consultative sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and embody company values and behaviours at all times
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Drive and monitor daily/weekly team sales targets in line with business forecasts
  • Consistently motivate the team to achieve financial and service targets
  • Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with local retailers
  • Maintain centre presentation to the highest standard
