Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Lead to join our team.

  • Deliver and install appliances Monday to Friday from 06:30am - 03:00pm with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Loading and unloading of delivery trucks ensuring timely and safe delivery.
  • Accurate completion of associated paperwork and provision of product overviews and training to customers and staff.
  • Routine and optimise delivery runs, troubleshoot problems, conduct toolbox meetings and lead a small team.
Requirements:
  • The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as a physical fitness assessment.
  • Similar experience in a driver delivery role is essential.
  • A clean driver license and valid MR License is required.
  • Strong communication skills, basic computer literacy and physical fitness to lift and move appliances.
  • Knowledge of the transport industry and geographical knowledge of Adelaide, SA.
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Customer service experience is also advantageous.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivation and a positive approachable nature are required.
