As a skilled appliance technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing market-leading support to customers through service repairs. You will work closely with a close-knit team to ensure timely and effective completion of service repairs.

The Role

This position is responsible for:

  • Completing appliance conversions as necessary
  • Carrying out high-quality service repairs and providing quotations to customers for appliance repairs
  • Conducting refurbishment/repair of returned product, achieving key performance indicators set
  • Providing quotations for insurance claims or assessing viability of repair
  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as required
Key Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced technician with:

  • Minimum electrical license (A-grade preferred)
  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
  • Prior experience as a fully qualified technician
  • Effective troubleshooting skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to undertake physical duties including lifting, twisting, turning, standing etc.
  • Exposure to domestic appliance parts and/or service industry is advantageous
