This newly created Director-level role offers a unique opportunity to take the helm of sales strategy, leading across 2 established sites and providing strategic input into projects.

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team

  • Oversight of contract management, sales deliverables, and reporting
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated success in leading teams selling off-the-plan apartments in Sydney, ideally across multiple sites concurrently
  • Proven ability to devise and execute sound sales strategies
  • Real Estate License
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
