About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Communications Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing and enhancing the performance of SCADA/Security communication networks to maximize reliability and meet corporate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues with communications technology for IICATS SCADA and Security and Access Control Systems.
  • Assist in the investigation, analysis, and recommendation of new communications technology solutions.
  • Provide expert knowledge and support on SCADA WAN/LAN communications technologies.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports and advice to stakeholders.
  • Advise management on the performance of suppliers and systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Electrical/Tele-Communications Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Proven experience with telecommunication and data communication systems, SCADA & telemetry systems technologies, and network design methodologies.
  • Expertise in designing, operating, problem-solving, and maintaining communications technology and infrastructure, telemetry communications networks, and communications protocols.
  • Working knowledge of Cisco IOS or equivalent communications equipment configuration.
