Overview

The Digital Transformation Strategist will play a key role in driving the adoption of Microsoft technologies across our customer base. As a technical thought leader, you will be responsible for fostering new opportunities, inspiring customers, and driving digital transformation. In partnership with the Account Executive, you will set the strategy to drive customer innovation through a deep understanding of their environment and by inspiring them around the possibilities that Microsoft technology can deliver.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a technical strategy to drive digital transformation and adoption of Microsoft technologies.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and customers to position Microsoft as a leader in the industry.
  • Drive and leverage leaders from the partner ecosystem to bridge process gaps and promote customer business perspectives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, industry, and internal advocate by providing insights, feedback, and challenges from the customer to internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience working with customers to drive digital transformation in a technical consulting or technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and solutions.
  • Ability to develop and execute a technical strategy to drive digital transformation and adoption of Microsoft technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
