Family Conflict Resolution Specialist

This role involves working with families to support them through challenging times, promoting healthy communication and relationships. As a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services and achieve positive outcomes for families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality Family Dispute Resolution services through online video appointments, legally-assisted mediation, and child inclusive practice.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to support families holistically.
Key Requirements:
  • Accreditation by the Australian Attorney-General's Department as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner or eligibility for accreditation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, psychology, or social work.
  • Strong knowledge of family law legislation and community services relating to families experiencing relationship difficulties.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute to the functioning of the team.
