Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality family dispute resolution services to assist separated families in reaching parenting and property agreements.

Families we support are experiencing separation and require tailored mediation approaches. Our ideal candidate will be able to use flexible mediation models suited to each family's needs, including child-inclusive practice, lawyer-assisted mediation, and online mediation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in law, behavioural sciences, or equivalent
  • Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner or completed requirements
  • Experience in counselling or mediation with families and children
  • Strong understanding of family and domestic violence dynamics
  • NSW Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check
