About this role:

This position plays a vital part in supporting relationships between children and their parents, particularly during high-conflict situations.

You will facilitate safe and meaningful interactions between children and the parent they do not live with, following court orders or parenting agreements.

This role requires you to be professional, reliable, mature, and caring, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You must also be skilled in defusing escalating situations and managing difficult behaviors.

  • Attend contact visits and supervise interactions between children and their parents/family members.
  • Prepare a detailed report of interactions for each visit.

The ideal candidate has experience in working with children and families, with an understanding of child development, mandatory reporting, child protection, and family/domestic violence laws.
