Residential Subdivision Valuations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Residential Subdivision Valuation team in Melbourne. As a Director, you will oversee greenfield residential project valuations for premium development clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive workflow growth
  • Deliver high-quality valuation reports that meet industry standards
  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Guide and mentor the Residential Subdivision Valuation team to achieve excellence
  • Identify potential risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Promote and market the valuation business to enhance brand visibility

Requirements:

  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification is essential
  • API membership and certificate of compliance required
  • Experience in residential development and/or subdivision valuation is crucial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • A commitment to high-quality standards and attention to detail is vital
  • Strong work organization and time management skills are required
