Are you a recent graduate ready to step into the property valuation industry? With ongoing business growth and exciting opportunities ahead, we're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Property Valuer to join our Homebush team.

This is your opportunity to gain real-world experience and work alongside industry leaders, with structured guidance and mentorship to support you on your journey towards becoming a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) through the Australian Property Institute (API).

Your Role at TDA Will Include:

  • Assisting with market valuations of residential properties, including for SMSF and capital gains purposes
  • Preparing reports within required timeframes, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality
  • Responding to client queries and contributing to exceptional customer service
  • Learning and applying industry best practices while growing your technical expertise

What We're Looking For:

  • A recent graduate or final-year student in Property, Valuation, or a related field
  • Eligibility for API Membership and commitment to pursuing CPV accreditation
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow from feedback
  • A proactive and driven attitude – you're ready to take initiative and be a part of a collaborative and supportive team
