About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Manager – Valuations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global consulting firm and contribute to the growth of our valuation services.

Job Description

As a Senior Manager – Valuations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuation work, leading core valuation teams, and supporting Managing Directors in originating client work. You will also supervise and support the development of junior team members, manage multiple projects, and assist with business development.

  • Deliver high-quality valuation work, displaying technical and commercial acumen to support clients with a range of valuation requirements.
  • Lead core valuation teams, taking responsibility for delivery of complex valuation projects including the valuation of businesses, equity, intangible assets, and specialized plant & equipment.
  • Support Managing Directors in originating client work, taking responsibility for preparation of proposals, responses to clients, and preparation of thought leadership and go-to-market materials.
  • Supervise and support the development of junior team members.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritizing assigned responsibilities and proactively consulting with internal stakeholders as appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background, with a bachelor's or master's degree in finance and/or related major.
  • CA or CFA certification preferred (for business valuations), or CPV accreditation (for plant & equipment valuations).
  • Big Four experience required.
  • Ability to travel within the country (where practical and possible).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
