Job Opportunity

The Return to Work Specialist role requires a professional with expertise in strategic return to work, recovery and independence advice. This position will support the Claims teams by developing and implementing effective return to work strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, medical professionals and Vocational Rehabilitation Providers throughout the recovery journey.
About the Role

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a positive impact in the lives of customers and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work in a sensitive environment with compassion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers and clients with the recovery, return to work (RTW) and return to health.

The successful candidate will have previous experience and/or qualifications in injury rehabilitation, vocational counselling or allied health. A collaborative working environment and flexible work arrangements are also on offer.
