We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Independent Return to Work Specialist.
This role offers a unique opportunity to manage diverse return-to-work portfolios, educate stakeholders on injury recovery and psychosocial impacts, and advocate for mobile case management services.
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication skills, experience in allied health, rehabilitation counseling, or personal injury claims management, and a strong understanding of SMART-based return-to-work plans.
You will be responsible for conducting face-to-face visits with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals, collaborating with vocational providers to support return-to-work and life outcomes, and educating stakeholders on the return-to-work process and legislative requirements.
