Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals and organisations by helping them achieve their goals and return to sustainable employment.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop strong relationships and drive successful partnerships. Your expertise and knowledge will be essential in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to thrive.

  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers involved in work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Support clients to identify future employment or training options
  • Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
