Job Overview:

Our business is seeking an experienced project coordinator to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple project workstreams for the establishment of a greenfield manufacturing site in Sydney.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a project-based role, ideally within manufacturing, and a proven track record of planning, coordinating and managing multiple project workstreams, tasks, and activities within a high-pressure and time-sensitive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate business-critical project works to compressed timelines
  • Work with cross-functional teams to keep track of project streams and timelines
  • Hold external contractors accountable to meet desired cost, quality, and time constraints
  • Build engagement and ownership with site teams
  • Commit to a positive safety culture at all times
