Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

This role will coordinate multiple project workstreams for the establishment of a greenfield manufacturing site in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully coordinating business critical project works to compressed timelines
  • Working with cross-functional teams to keep track on project streams and timelines
  • Holding external contractors to account to meet desired cost, quality, and time constraints
  • Building engagement and ownership with site teams
  • An unwavering commitment to a positive safety culture at all times

This is a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.

Requirements:
  • Some experience in a project-based role, ideally within manufacturing
  • A successful track record of planning, co-ordinating and managing multiple project workstreams, tasks, and activities within a high-pressured and time-sensitive work environment
  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and engineering/maintenance experience within manufacturing
  • A strong results orientation
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organisation (internally & externally)
