As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and projects within the manufacturing workshop and installation division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement effective production planning and scheduling strategies to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OHSE compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to coordinate on-site installation works and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate logistics to guarantee timely delivery of manufactured products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising personnel at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A strong background in electrical, mechanical, or welding trades is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
