Warehouse Leadership Role

This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing all warehousing operations within a facility. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, process innovation and equipment utilization to meet operational and financial metrics and uphold commitments to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to control costs, maximise profit, and meet customer objectives.
  • Proactive relationship management with customers; investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Formulate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain optimal warehouse performance.
  • Ability to analyse and present weekly performance results to senior leadership.
  • Deliver productive outcomes through effective utilisation of warehouse resources while meeting/exceeding service expectations.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience providing large-scale warehousing solutions.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with advanced analytics skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining high-performance teams and culture.
  • Ability to influence various stakeholders with detailed analysis, budgeting, resource allocation and capital plans to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with staff and third parties including unions.
