This is a career-advancing role with one of Australia's top businesses. As a Territory Growth Specialist, you will help us expand our presence and performance across a key territory by creating new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

You will collaborate with a talented team to deliver customised, value-driven packaging solutions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business leads: Analyse strategic fit and commercial value to drive growth.
  • Crafting compelling proposals: Work closely with Sales Support to develop tailored solutions.
  • Building meaningful connections: Stay in touch with your client base through regular visits and meaningful conversations.
  • Providing valuable insights: Leverage your understanding of customer needs to offer innovative ideas and technical support.
  • Solving problems effectively: Respond quickly and effectively to queries and escalate issues when needed.

We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for building strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Economics (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in pipeline development, deal conversion, and cold calling.
  • Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at every level.
  • Knowledge of the fibre packaging or distribution industry in Australia or globally (a plus, not a must).
  • A curious mindset and commitment to continuous learning and development.
