Trippas White Group, a leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced event professional to join our dynamic events team at Centennial Homestead.

As an Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning multi-faceted corporate and social events, ensuring event details are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.

Led by our Venue Manager, you will immerse yourself in a culture of maximising client satisfaction, operational excellence and driving revenue through upsell and value add propositions for our clients.

We are looking for a motivated leader who can encourage and lead the team, with a strong focus on customer service and excellent attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating event setup and pack down
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers
  • Supporting the Event Manager where required
  • Liaising with all necessary parties to ensure Centennial Homestead continues to be presented as an iconic event venue

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5 years experience in a similar role preferred
  • A motivated leader who can encourage and lead the team
  • Highly organised with impeccable time management skills
  • A strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and administration acumen in event documentation delivery
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends and competitors
  • Computer literacy in MS office and familiarity with events management software highly desired
