We are seeking a highly skilled Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their overall experience is memorable.

Located in a stunning Queensland setting, our hotel boasts 20 acres of tropical gardens with a natural lagoon and abundant wildlife. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating special moments for our guests.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

A Day In The Life Of A Bar Attendant
  • You will be actively engaging with guests by sharing your knowledge of our products and services, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes our guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • You will be promoting our loyalty programs and product offerings, providing our guests with personalized recommendations and advice to enhance their experience.
  • You will be contributing positively to our culture of responsibility, centered around safety and RSA compliance, ensuring that all aspects of the bar operation are run efficiently and effectively.
What We Need From You
About You
  • You have excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
  • You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends, with a willingness to work varied shifts as required.
  • You hold a current RSA certificate, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of alcohol service and responsible behavior.
  • You are a team player, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
