We are located in the heart of **Neutral Bay** and are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our family.

**Overview**
- As an ISK Bar Attendant you'll prepare signature and classic cocktails, serve exceptional coffee and smoothly operate the bar. Your goal will be to provide ‘above & beyond’ customer service and welcome back guests again and again. Your success will be contributing to the team and developing your career within Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group._

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

- At least 2 years in a bartender role in a restaurant, club or hotel environment
- POS system experience
- Strong cocktail knowledge
- Valid RSA
- Attention to detail and desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

- Dispensing bar, spirits and tap beer
- Crafting cocktails
- Delivering guests outstanding and memorable customer service
- Operating daily bar procedures and processes
- Sharing in the overall duties within the restaurant
- Contributing a positive influence within an innovative and vibrant team culture
