Located on Elizabeth Street, just minutes from Hervey Bay and the Great Sandy Straits Botanic Gardens, the Kondari Hotel has been a local icon since 1982. Set on 20 acres of tropical gardens with a natural lagoon and abundant wildlife, it's the perfect place to showcase your skills, serve up memorable drinks, and create amazing experiences in a truly unique Queensland setting.

A Day In The Life Of a Bar Attendant
  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
  • Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility; which is centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance
What We Need From You
About You
  • You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
  • You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
  • You hold a current RSA certificate
  • You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
