**Job Summary**

This role is responsible for providing expert injury management services to staff across various departments.

The Injury Recovery Specialist will ensure that all injured employees receive the highest level of support to facilitate their recovery and return to work in a timely manner. This involves working closely with internal stakeholders, including line managers, rehabilitation providers, and treating practitioners to develop effective return-to-work strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing early intervention support to staff with work-related and non-work-related injuries
  • Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes
  • Working within a team environment to improve overall return-to-work rates

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Worker's Compensation claims or Occupational Rehabilitation environment
  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • High-level interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
