Key Responsibilities:

The organization is seeking an experienced policy and procedural writer to provide strategic advice, editorial expertise and support in the development of human resources related policies, frameworks and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy and procedure writing, effective communication skills and ability to communicate with various levels of leadership and tailor their communication style to the audience.

  • Support the design of frameworks for fundamental human resource areas
  • Focus on improving existing policies/procedures and developing new ones
  • Write and edit technical documents, including reference manuals, policy manuals, and procedural documents such as user guides for various target populations
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A bachelor's degree or commensurate level of experience in business administration, communications studies, or related field (preferably business or human resources)
  • Significant experience in policy and procedure writing
  • High level communication skills and ability to communicate with various levels of leadership and tailor communication style to the audience
