**Job Description:**

As a senior policy advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and interpretation of HR policies to stakeholders across Queensland Health. This will involve undertaking research and analysis of current and emerging industrial relations issues, as well as contributing to the preparation and provision of timely advice on HR policy and related matters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert advice and interpretation of HR policies to managers, HR professionals, and employees.">
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines for a broad range of occupational streams.">

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in the development of employment-related policy documentation within a complex service delivery environment.">
  • Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support the development of solutions to complex industrial relations policy issues.">
  • Commitment to a client service ethos to provide responsive support and advice to stakeholders.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team in the achievement of agreed goals, as well as operate autonomously with minimal supervision.">
