Systemic Change Lead - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive systemic change by promoting culturally responsive approaches in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

The successful candidate will provide high-level policy advice on current and emerging health workforce approaches, building strong relationships with local and national stakeholders.

This includes scoping, developing, implementing, and evaluating projects based on cultural determinants of health and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ways of knowing, being, doing.

To be successful in this role, you will require a deep understanding of the cultural context and ability to work closely with the ACT First Nations Health Workforce Collaborative.

About the Role:

  • Identified position open to an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. Confirmation of cultural identity may be requested.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not essential.
