About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced licensed electrician to fill a Senior Electrical Site Supervisor position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4-8 electricians, responsible for leading project teams and ensuring effective project execution.
  • Report project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope, and quality when required.
  • Supervise small to medium commercial projects and oversee the work of apprentices to ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work.

About You:

  • Experienced licensed electrician with a minimum of 4 years supervising teams and managing electrical projects.
  • Commercial experience in schools, hospitals, retail, clubs, pubs etc. is highly valued.
  • Excellent attitude to safety is essential.
  • You must enjoy problem-solving and have strong communication skills.
  • You should be skilled in managing subcontractors and coordinating trades, as well as building strong client relationships.
  • A full driver's license is required.
  • You should be happy to be on the tools 30%-40% of the time (depending on the project).
