  • Coordinates the annual budgeting process.
  • Consolidates group cash flows and provides insightful analysis and forecasting.

Business Partnering and Strategic Support:

  • Attends and participates in monthly financial reviews with regional studios.
  • Provides strategic finance support to studio leaders and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Prepares clear and compelling reports and presentations to inform decision-making.

Team Development:

  • Oversees activities within the Group Finance function.
  • Partners with Regional Finance Leaders to provide support and understand regional finance activity.

Shareholder and Capital Management:

  • Oversees shareholder accounting including profit pool calculations and stakeholder communications.
