About This Role

A strategic finance leader is sought to make a global impact. This commercial finance partner will lead financial planning and analysis for the global market, with flexibility to work from home as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead annual budgets, long-term plans, and monthly forecasts, partnering with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals.
  • Commercial Partnering: Provide financial insights on profitability, resource allocation, and investment feasibility to business units.
  • Profit Management: Drive month-end close processes, variance analysis, and performance reporting for accurate financial outcomes.
  • NPD Staging Gate: Lead financial modeling and commercial assessment of new product development projects, supporting decision-making from concept to launch.
  • Business Planning & OKRs: Contribute to strategies, including ESG and transformation goals.
  • Accounting & Professional Development: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, support audits, and contribute to policy development.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Member of a professional accounting body.
  • 5-10 years of finance and management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP/BI/BPC experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • A collaborative mindset and customer service orientation.
