We are seeking a skilled professional to support the Director, External Engagement and Partnerships in implementing a new Partnership Program and other strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners across industry, government, and community sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality communications materials to external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate priority partner projects to ensure timely completion and effective collaboration.
  • Lead the establishment and coordination of cross-university networks to enhance collaboration, knowledge exchange, and strengthen cross-faculty and divisional engagement.
  • Build and maintain databases and systems to support external stakeholder relationship management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent level of knowledge gained through education, training, and/or experience.
  • Strong project management capabilities with strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success working effectively and collaboratively on initiatives with a range of people at different levels within an organisation.
