Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is a respected manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our sales division, based in Forrestdale.

This role offers a unique blend of administrative and sales support responsibilities, exposing you to both the Workshop and Sales Divisions within Hitachi.

To excel in this position, you will:

  • Manage CE Sales Administration duties and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the sales team to update the CRM Database
  • Work closely with the workshop to achieve timely delivery schedules and forecasts
  • Efficiently manage invoices, quotes, and tenders
  • Review and confirm the Business process (BUS) with the sales manager before sharing information with the workshop
  • Provide customers with essential ConSite service agreement details
  • Coordinate events, demos, and workshops, and contribute to sales meetings
  • Promote a safe working environment and prioritize urgent tasks
  • A current Driver's License is mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills are required
  • A keen eye for detail and adaptability are essential
