We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Child and Adolescent Community Mental Health team. As part of this role, you will contribute to the clinical leadership and management of the team, ensuring the provision of high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents.
You will support the Team Leader in developing, monitoring, and evaluating clinical outcome measures, assuming a lead role in the oversight of designated clinical processes associated with the optimal operation of the team. Additionally, you will participate in multi-disciplinary team reviews, promoting compliance with the collection of clinical data and Key Performance Indicators.
