">Education Leadership Opportunity">">We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Student Engagement team as the Head of Department. This role involves implementing Positive Behaviour for Learning and Student Learning and Wellbeing Framework across the school.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Leading the implementation of Positive Behaviour for Learning and Student Learning and Wellbeing Framework">
  • Chairing the PBL Committee and overseeing the whole school plan for PBL lesson implementation">
  • Liaising with the school's executive">
  • Supporting class teachers to develop and review individual student engagement plans">
  • Responding to requests for support from staff, including classroom observations and completion of Functional Behaviour Assessments">
  • Supporting the hands-on implementation of student engagement plans">
  • Reviewing the schools Student Code of Conduct">
  • Coordinating referrals to internal and external agencies for students requiring intensive behaviour support">
  • Identifying professional development needs of staff to support effective implementation of PBL">
  • Managing the PBL cost centre">
  • Facilitating implementation of annual data assessments, including Effective Behaviour Support (EBS) survey and Tiered Fidelity inventory (TFI)">

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field">
  • 5+ years of experience in educational leadership">
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
