  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student learning outcomes and attendance.
  • Provide guidance and leadership for innovative measures aimed at improving student learning outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing leadership and guidance to teachers and other staff members.
  2. Developing and implementing plans to improve student learning outcomes and attendance.
  3. Monitoring student performance and behaviour, and developing strategies to address any issues.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A strong background in education, with experience in leading teams and implementing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to learn and adapt.
