Civil Design Lead

We are seeking a senior civil designer to lead our team in Melbourne, Australia.

The successful candidate will have approximately 7+ years of experience in civil design across infrastructure, mining, and renewables or other sectors.

Key responsibilities include developing civil design packages for various projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants, reviewing and resolving technical challenges, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and safety requirements, and contributing to tender and pre-construction activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, proficiency in industry design tools, strong understanding of construction methodologies and design best practices, excellent communication and team collaboration skills, and flexibility to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop civil design packages for various projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Review and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian standards and safety requirements.
  • Contribute to tender and pre-construction activities.
