Electrical Plant Documentation Specialist

As an Electrical Plant Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and updating technical documentation across electrical plant and HV systems. This role involves working on documentation projects, supporting master data activities in SAP and ensuring technical records are accurate and compliant.

The successful candidate will work predominantly from an office environment with flexibility for remote work arrangements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation related to electrical plant and HV systems.
  • Collaborating with engineering, planning and operations teams to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks on technical documents to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Providing support to the team on data governance, compliance and system improvements.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for systems and documentation practices.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical document writing within mining, resources or heavy industry.
  • Strong exposure to SAP master data management.
  • Knowledge of electrical plant and HV systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Right to work in Australia.
