Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support major Exploration & Production projects as a Procurement Analyst.
The ideal candidate will assist with contracts, procurement reporting, and supplier engagement.
Main Responsibilities- Support procurement activities across major E&P projects
- Assist with procurement reporting, compliance monitoring, and ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to meet project timelines
- Ensure alignment with procurement procedures and business standards
- Manage contract administration tasks and support tendering processes as required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably within the Exploration & Production space
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a procurement role
- Strong knowledge of contract and procurement methods, terminology, and processes
- High level of attention to detail, enabling concise and accurate reporting
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Tertiary qualification in Law, Economics, Engineering (or other relevant field)
