Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support major Exploration & Production projects as a Procurement Analyst.

The ideal candidate will assist with contracts, procurement reporting, and supplier engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support procurement activities across major E&P projects
  • Assist with procurement reporting, compliance monitoring, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to meet project timelines
  • Ensure alignment with procurement procedures and business standards
  • Manage contract administration tasks and support tendering processes as required
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably within the Exploration & Production space
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a procurement role
  • Strong knowledge of contract and procurement methods, terminology, and processes
  • High level of attention to detail, enabling concise and accurate reporting
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Tertiary qualification in Law, Economics, Engineering (or other relevant field)
