Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to join our project team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the subcontracts team in utilizing project procurement system tools, maintaining and tracking the subcontract action register, and providing assistance to internal stakeholders with tendering, negotiation, and formation of assigned subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the subcontracts team in using project procurement system tools
  • Maintaining and tracking the subcontract action register and procurement status report
  • Providing assistance to internal stakeholders with tendering, negotiation, and formation of assigned subcontracts
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a commercial or contracts advisor on EPC projects
  • Knowledge of subcontracting processes, contract management, and procurement principles
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Construction Management and Economics
