We are recruiting on behalf of our government client for an experienced Insurance Claim / Admin Officer to join their team on a temp basis. ASAP start.

Contract: Temp - 3 months

Estimated Start Date: 1/09/2025

Estimated End Date: 30/11/2025

Location: Perth CBD

Working hours per day / week: 7.5 hours per day/37.5 hours per week

ASAP start

The role will be primarily looking after insurance claims processes and updating user guides for staff submitting insurance claims etc.

Title: Strategic Information Management Officer

Oversee the operational management of insurance claims processes and insurance guides and documentation, ensuring compliance and alignment with asset management strategies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate, implement, and oversee insurance claim resolutions and supporting documentation that optimise asset

performance, enhance operational efficiency and support long-term organisational objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, OR EXPERIENCE

1. Demonstrated experience in managing insurance claims across a diverse asset portfolio

2. Proven ability to develop, review and implement guides and documentation to support operational requirements.

3. Experience in managing insurance claims processes and writing documentation within a government or corporate environment.
