About the Role

As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively managing claims end-to-end. This will involve analysing policy terms and applying sound judgement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes.
  • Analyse policy terms to identify potential issues and apply sound judgement to resolve complex claims.
  • Communicate confidently and empathetically with assessors, builders, brokers, and strata managers.
  • Navigate escalations and high-value decisions with care.
  • Select and coordinate service providers - working with assessors, builders, legal experts, and more.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to improve claims outcomes.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work well under pressure.

  • Requirements:
  • Prior experience managing property claims or loss adjusting is essential.
  • Strata experience is highly valued but not essential.
  • Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills.
  • A curious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • You should have full working rights in Australia.
