Insurance Claim Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Claims Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Bay Building Services.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service and administration of property insurance claims.
Key responsibilities include maintaining high-level communication with all stakeholders, liaising with policyholders and insurance companies throughout the claim life, and processing new claims while adhering to KPIs.
Additionally, you will assist with daily telephone calls, emails, and administration, as well as monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Desired Skills and Qualifications- Experience with Property Insurance Claims and/or a solid property/facilities/construction background.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPI targets.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Proactive and solution-focused.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of computer competency in knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
