">We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our Infrastructure Cost Management team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of cost managers and engineers to deliver cost estimates, feasibility studies, and business cases for major infrastructure projects">
- Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards">
- Provide expert advice to clients on cost management best practices and industry trends">
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies">
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate financial performance tracking">
- Contribute to the development of Turner & Townsend's market strategy and growth initiatives">
Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years' experience in cost management and project delivery">
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders">
- Demonstrated expertise in cost estimation, risk management, and contract administration">
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems">
- Highly developed analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software">
- Hold a recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering, or similar field">
