Job Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.

We are seeking an efficient, proactive retail sales professional who can work in a fast-paced environment and has a connection to sport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed store sales and KPI targets by utilizing all available store resources.
  • Execute brand customer service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's full product offer is represented on the sales floor.
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required.
