Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Darrell Lea is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their expanding retail team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management: Ensure accurate stock levels, optimal product positioning, and effective ticketing practices.
  • Planograms/Relays Execution: Implement and maintain visual merchandising displays that drive sales and meet client expectations.
  • Task Execution and Reporting: Accurately execute tasks, build displays, erect point-of-sale materials, and manage stock levels while maintaining detailed reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in FMCG/Merchandising or a related field.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Current state driver's license and a reliable roadworthy vehicle.
  • Physical fitness for lifting and carrying stock (max 20kg).

This role covers areas including but not limited to Sydney CBD, Hills District, Liverpool Area, and Central Coast. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to interact effectively with diverse personalities. Flexible working hours are essential for success in this position. Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and undergo a pre-employment medical check. This role requires a high level of professionalism, maturity, drive, and strong interpersonal skills.
