Quality Assurance Specialist

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and ongoing improvement of our Quality Management System. Your primary responsibility will be to safeguard compliance with service technician competency requirements, ensuring that our standards meet both legislative and company expectations.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain our Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and compliance with relevant industry standards.
  • Create and update quality policies and procedures to support safe and compliant operations.
  • Build strong relationships with managers, employees, regulators, and industry representatives.
  • Review and interpret legislative and company requirements to maintain compliance.
  • Monitor the Quality Management System, address non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement.


Requirements:
  • A qualified mechanical tradesperson with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver reliable results.
  • Confidence using digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis and an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
  • Familiarity with Ex FLP legislation and standards.
