Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure all manufactured and repaired products meet specifications based on engineering drawings and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a mechanical trade qualification and at least 3-5 years of experience in Quality Systems, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001.

You will be responsible for assisting the engineering team in developing inspection documentation and criteria for machine and sub-assembly builds and repairs.

Your duties will also include ensuring accurate work instructions and inspection documentation is available and issued to the production team.

Additionally, you will oversee and perform incoming, in-process and final inspections/checks as required, and monitor the System Improvement Requests register to analyse QA/QC issues and communicate findings to the business.

Liaising with internal and external quality auditors and participating in relevant company meetings will also be part of your responsibilities.
