As the successful candidate for this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and presentation of the resort. You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve profitability, customer service, and the highest standards across accommodation, food & beverage, and property presentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee resort operations to meet financial, guest satisfaction, and operational goals.
  • Drive exceptional guest service and team development.
  • Manage financial performance including P&L, budgets, and reporting.
  • Maintain property standards, maintenance, and presentation consistently.
  • Champion workplace health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

Applicants should have proven experience in hotel/resort management, expertise in food & beverage operations, strong leadership and people development skills, excellent financial acumen, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, combined with strategic planning and problem-solving skills. They will be able to motivate and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
